• Domestic Shipping: We currently ship exclusively within the United States.

• Carrier & Rates: All orders are shipped via USPS, with shipping costs calculated directly by USPS at checkout.

• Shipping & Damage Disclaimer: Once your order has been dispatched, XStitchtale is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items. Please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. All delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed.

• International Shipping: We are actively working on adding international shipping! Subscribe to our newsletter to be the first to know when we ship abroad.

• Free USPS Ground Advantage shipping on all US orders over $55. This does not change our standard return policy.

  Returns

• We gladly accept returns on eligible items within 30 calendar days of purchase.

• Eligibility Requirements: To qualify for a return/refund, the item (including its original packaging) must be:

  • Unopened

  • Unused

  • Uncut

  • Unwashed

  • Unaltered in any way

• Non-Returnable Items: Please note that the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Cross-stitch patterns

  • Items purchased from the "Rare Items" subsection, or items explicitly marked as a "Rare Item" in the product description.

• How to Return an Item

  • Request Authorization: Please contact us to request a return authorization. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be refunded.

  • Pack Your Order: Securely pack your eligible return and include the original invoice inside the package.

  • Ship It Back: Mail the package to our return address. Please note that customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

• Refunds

  • Processing: Once we receive, inspect, and approve your returned item, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment.

  • Shipping Fees: Please be aware that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
